Sometime last year, I saw this sad almost crying somalian woman in blue as I looked into the peephole of my door one evening. I cannot tell her story because it was half-baked. I realized many of the refugees I have encountered won't tell their past or even the fact that they were a refugee before. They have moved on with their lives and would be happy to talk about the present and the future.

This is beautiful; she is beautiful. Such sadness and determination to move forward. But you can never forget the past.
