Nicely done.... let's all twist again!
It certainly looks like she is! With a little movement, this would make a terrific animation. Lovely sharp image in black and orange - a bit like a swapcard (anyone remember them?) - excellent work, but maybe she needs a "pair" picture of her dancing partner?
Yes she is, she might have been born, just to do the twist, all night long. She's a beauty, and I love the colors, umm burnt orange, and that bouncy black dress!
