Isay, this is so beautiful. The feeling is one of comfort and delight. How nice it would be to sit near that lamp and read an adventure or historical novel.
We wait for snow here in NH. Some areas to the north have
"made" snow, but the real snowy weather isn't quite ready for us just yet. Last year on Thanksgiving we had a huge snowfall. Maybe it will happen again this year.

This image has a Halloween feel to it;-).
There's a sort of antique feel to this that's really lovely.
