A sticky situation

This was originally done in colored pencil. Here you can see the out of body experiences due to the painful and difficult situation they are in.... I could have done this better but I still have not much time until now. Best regards to everyone!

Someone said-if only I can take your pain, your problems -- but don't you think it would be unfair if ever it is possible and besides I will not be in peace in knowing somebody is suffering because of me.

I like this second image. I like the colors of her blouse and skirt . The weather waswarm and humid; muggy: a sticky day , she was perspiring a lot.....

That's a very clever and intelligent take on this, in my opinion, difficult theme. And what you're saying here is so true.

Hi Marissa! This is a unique and compelling illo and the idea behind it is deeper than a sticky situation!!! Hope you are well!

Nice work here and so far the most original take yet on the theme.

This is a great interpretation of the IF theme, isay. I'm sorry for your pain, but I've found that it often makes me stronger once I get through it. I hope it's so for you. *hug*

You communicate so much through your art! I agree that it isn't good to transfer pain to another person. The best thing is to heal and lose it. Stay well...it's so good to see you posting:>

The top piece is beautiful and disturbing, I hope the pain flys away soon. The second piece reflects the steamy, humid, hot here in my neighborhood as well-your young lady looks pretty and cool just the same. Wonderful, interesting pieces!

Isay, I don't know how you got from a coloured pencil picture to this result, but it's a powerful, vector-like image. I think it looks like they're coming unstuck in a number of senses, but maybe they'll get themselves together again. The girl below, by contrast looks completely content and at ease - more cool than sticky :).
